Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management solution, which will grant you complete command over your email mailbox accounts and email newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can set up a brand new email mailbox account in no time and manage its settings with ease. Plus, you can forward electronic mails from one e-mail box account to another, finetune mail filters, create autoresponder messages and guard your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mailboxes against junk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted email messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a given e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming electronic mail messages according to certain rules set by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your email accounts and modify the e-mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mail messages from one e-mail box account to another, or even to several other mailboxes. Just select the email account you would like to forward email messages from, then specify the destination mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the email client of your liking to access your e-mail box accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you want to set up on your PC or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple electronic mail accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will handle the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
